"I have been more than impressed at the strong work ethic I have found among the students here in Seminole. I look forward to diving in with them and helping them on their journey to becoming superior musicians. We look forward to supporting the football team at all the home games, most of the away games, and then bringing our marching show to the field during halftime with more precision and passion every week. Come out and support the Indians and the Pride of the Tribe throughout the football and marching band season!" - Mr. Barber

"It has been such a blessing to begin our time as band directors here in Seminole ISD! The students are respectful and hard workers. They love to make music and have fun doing it. We are excited to share the work that the Pride of the Tribe Band has done so far on their 2022 marching show, “Interstellar,” during halftime of the first home game of the season tonight! Come out and support the Indians as the football team takes on Shallowater while the band hypes everyone up in the stands and then plays at halftime!" - Mrs. Barber

As a band director, I like to transmit my passion for music to all students, and I love the reminder that joy and creativity are always somewhere inside all of us.
